Talk Sages ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that simulates dialogues inspired by historical thinkers and philosophers. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not authored by the original historical figures.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as genuine statements by historical figures

6. Intellectual Property

The dialogues you have with sages are your content. You may export and use them freely. The Service's code, design, and branding remain our property. The knowledge base draws from public domain works.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. The Service is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice. Use your own judgment when applying insights from dialogues to real-life decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can delete all your data at any time from within the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
