We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the Service, simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
To request a refund, email us at support@talksages.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
The Seeker (free) plan is not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds.
